After the roaring success of the first London event, the next market took place in New York as part of Brooklyn Flea’s 4th ‘Superstar DJ Record Fair’, and featured 20 of Brooklyn’s finest independent record label. Celebrated by The New York Times and Portishead on Jimmy Fallon, another special day lay ahead. Highlights on the day included album-cover face-painting, an MPC performance by Fools Gold’s Party Supplies, and one single copy of a Jamie xx Radiohead remix auctioned off by Young Turks.
