Independent Label Market are pleased to announce a summer rooftop party in celebration of 5 years of hosting label markets. On Saturday 4th June we will be taking over the Uniqlo rooftop, a return to the West End where it all began in May 2011 when we held our first event on nearby Berwick Street.

Our 5th birthday party will bring together a selection of labels who were there with us from the start, and others who have been present throughout our first 5 years, as a warm-up celebration ahead of our full Summer event back at Old Spitalfields on 23rd July. As always, Independent Label Market will be supported by AIM – the Association of Independent Music.

Music and fashion have always gone hand in hand and we are delighted to be hosting this event with Uniqlo on the fantastic Oxford Street rooftop of their UK Flagship Store. Alongside the usual host of rare, exclusive records and merchandise, refreshments and DJ sets throughout the day promise to make this a summer special.

As always you’ll have a chance to meet some of the faces behind your favorite labels. London’s NTS will be broadcasting live from the event and vinyl lovers can look forward to a number of market exclusives, rarities and test pressings from the participating traders.

In addition, we are super excited to announce that amongst the exclusives at this event will be a limited edition ILM tote bag featuring the work of the fantastic illustrator Tom Scotcher, perfect for carrying any one-offs you might find on the day. These totes will be available free with the first 200 purchases on the day.
